0.4 How high is their level of creativity?

0.5 How large or small is their range of clients?

0.6 How much experience do they have relating to your particular project?

0.7 How extensive is their knowledge of your particular industry

0.8 How strong is their ability to work to budgets/deadlines?

0.9 What are their daily rates and how are they broken down?

11.0 Will I/we be working with key people of with juniors?
