0.7 How extensive is their knowledge of your particular industry
0.8 How strong is their ability to work to budgets/deadlines?
0.9 What are their daily rates and how are they broken down?
10.0 Can I/we work with these people?
11.0 Will I/we be working with key people of with juniors?
12.0 How well will they react to criticism?
13.0 How important will this project be compared with their other clients' projects?
14.0 What are their terms and conditions regarding copyright, i.e. who owns the design?
